14 submissions are in the running to receive the IADC Safety Award 2024, including the Boskalis proximity warning system, Jan De Nul’s new cutter head staircase design, DEME’s AI camera detection system, Rhosonics’ SDM ECO non-nuclear density meter, etc.
For several years, the IADC Safety Award was granted to safety innovations made for the dredging industry.
Two safety awards will be given: one to a dredging company and a second will be granted to a supply chain organization active in the dredging industry.
“ As IADC we realize that suppliers of dredging contractors play an important role in increasing safety by offering innovative solutions with the help of the latest technical developments ”, says René Kolman , Secretary General at IADC.
The IADC Board of Directors will present the winner of the Safety Award at the IADC Annual General Meeting.
