Terramare Oy, part of the Royal Boskalis, has won a multi-million euro contract in Vaasa, Finland.

Specialized in the construction of ports and quays, Terramare will deliver the construction phase 1 of the Lasse quay project.

The contract – signed with the City of Vaasa on May 19 – includes building a 144 metres long retaining wall structure that will form the new quay. The project also includes approximately 40,000m3 of dredging works.

Work on the site will commence in May 2023 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2024. The contract value is approximately EUR 10 million.
