The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce will host its Dredging Forum “Our Economy is Aground” on Monday, October 19, 2015 at Stone Harbor Golf Club from 6:00 to 8:30 pm.

Congressman Frank LoBiondo will be the keynote speaker addressing concerns on the federal level followed by a panel of speakers to discuss dredging issues on the state and local levels.

“ New Jersey is in crisis mode. The need to dredge our waterways is affecting our economy, in terms of tourism, real estate and local governments, and we need answers ,” stated the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce in the event announcement.

Topics to be covered include Winter Flounder Regulations; New Disposal Options; New and Pending Legislation; Regional Solutions; and Re-Use Opportunities.
