Moffatt & Nichol’s Miami office is expanding with new management.

The company has welcomed Mr. Tim Blankenship, PE, as Miami’s Office Manager and Ms. Christy Brush as Miami’s Environmental Regional Manager.

Mr. Blankenship has over 20 years of experience with waterfront/marina, port infrastructure and coastal engineering consulting projects throughout the U.S., Caribbean and Central America.

He has completed over 50 marina and associated waterfront improvement projects and countless other coastal engineering projects involving beach nourishment, inlet management and coastal structures.

Ms. Brush has over 17 years of experience providing environmental permitting support and project management functions for a range of coastal/waterfront development projects, such as oceanfront resorts and residential projects, parks and other recreational projects, marinas, shoreline stabilization and beach nourishment.
