CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for the soft foundation treatment of the reclamation area of Dachanwan port zone in Shenzhen, with a construction period of 1,461 days.

Located in the east of Phase 1 terminal of Dachanwan port zone in Xixiang Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen, with a foundation treatment area of some 1.08 million square meters, the project uses the technology of direct-discharge vacuum preloading and sand-gravel piles, and involves works such as site leveling, bamboo board laying, non-woven laying, sand mat backfill, plastic drainage board driving and site leveling of sand-gravel piles.

After its completion, the project will improve the bearing capacity of the foundation of Dachanwan port zone in Shenzhen and play a significant role in promoting regional economic development.
