USA: Representatives to Review Delaware River Watershed

On Friday April 4, representatives from more than 100 groups – public and private, environmental and economic, regulatory and academic – will gather at the Academy of Natural Sciences to discuss the Delaware River and its surrounding watershed, so vital to the region.

From 8:00 to 4:00 attendees will get to hear presentations and participate in discussions on a wide array of topics, ranging from water quality and open space to brownfields restoration and economic development.

The meeting is part of a new federal initiative called the Urban Waters Federal Partnership.
