To make sure the Tuross Head boat ramp at Lavender Bay is ready for the busy summer season, Eurobodalla Shire Council will dredge the channel near the boat ramp next week between Tuesday 10 and Friday 13 December 2013.

The boat ramp and car park will be closed during the $15,000 work.

On Tuesday 10 December, while the work is underway, council will be asked to consider future options for the Tuross Head Boat Ramp including a recommendation to regularly dredge the channel rather than build a new ramp.
