ZPMC, Wenzhou Port Pen Bulk Equipment Supply Contract (China)

ZPMC has recently signed a bulk equipment supply contract with Wenzhou Port Group.

Under the contract, ZPMC will provide four bulk handling units for Phase 1 of Leqing area of Wenzhou Port, with a total contract value of 128 million yuan.

The equipment is scheduled to be delivered before late August 2014.

Located in the northeast of Leqing, with a coastline of 676 meters and a designed annual handling capacity of 3.8 million tons, Phase 1 of Leqing area of Wenzhou Port is a key project in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, which involves two 50000t multi-purpose berths and rear land auxiliary facilities and is engaged in coal, ore, container and break-bulk cargo handling.

Use of the bulk equipment is conducive to accelerating the optimization and adjustment of structures and functions of all areas of Wenzhou Port and further boosting the port’s handling capacity and professional level.
