The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), will invite bidders to submit their offers for the LCAC/LCU ramp repair and seawall deterioration project at White Beach, Okinawa, Japan.
This work will include the provision of all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation required to complete maintenance dredging, to remove and dispose silt and sedimentary materials, to attain and maintain the small boat basin at the mentioned area.
The contractor will be required to prosecute the work diligently and to complete the entire program within 270 days.
The total cost of this project is between $1 mln and $5 mln, and the solicitation will be issued on or about 17 July 2013.
