Van Oord publishes its annual report 2012 yesterday. In this integrated report, Van Oord reviews the course of business in the company in 2012.
The financial report has been prepared in accordance with the Dutch GAAP guidelines.
“ We have been guided in our choice of topics in the area of sustainability by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines ,” they stated.
The annual financial statements have been audited by Ernst & Young Accountants LLP. This report is intended for all parties with an interest in Van Oord.
These include clients, shareholders, current and potential employees, main contractors and subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, educational establishments, governmental agencies and Non-Govern- mental Organisations.
