Within the framework of International Cooperation of the FSUE “Rosmorport” with foreign sectoral partners in December 2012 in Antwerp (Belgium) the FSUE “Rosmorport” and Port of Antwerp International signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

The document states directions and conditions of the parties strategic cooperation, including port infrastructure development, advanced technologies transfer and educational programs realization.

The program of the FSUE “Rosmorport” visit to Antwerp also included joint consulting events, held by the managenets and specialists of the Antwerp sea port. The parties discussed legal and financial aspects of concession agreements, the practice of the port infrastructure objects operation, the usage of lease and investment abilities in a port management.

Recall that the FSUE “Rosmorport” develops international strategic cooperation with the The Port of Rotterdam Authority (the Netherlands) and Cargorech Oy corporation (Finland). Agreements were signed last year. The enterprize also cooperates with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Sea Ports Organization.
