Members of the Kalamazoo Lake Harbor Authority huddle with city council members from both Saugatuck and Douglas at Saugatuck High tonight to go over options for Kalamazoo Lake.
The presentation of a two million-dollar, Phase 1 dredging plan will be made, followed by a question and answer session, and there will also be a discussion with Douglas leaders about RJ Peterson’s offer to sell his Tower Marina property to the municipality.
Peterson has proposed creating a channel for boating and filling in the rest of the lake.
