Department of Homeland Security has introduced plan for the dredging project at the Coast Guard Station Eaton’s Neck.
The work includes dredging and disposal by mechanical means sand, gravel, and cobbles from a channel connecting a mooring basin to Huntington Harbor and placing the material on the Coast Guard shoreline and incidental related work. The work is located at Coast Guard Station Eaton’s Neck, Northport, NY.
The estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required.
