Noatum Ports has received permission from the Valencia Port Authority to temporarily suspend work that it is undertaking on Muelle de Costa.

The company announced plans to take another look at the project over the next nine months, and adapt it to the current needs of both the port and Spain’s economic situation, reports portstrategy.com.

Noatum Ports will invest €50m in the new quay, which might now be taken forward as a semi-automated facility.
