On July 30, CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section A of Phase 1 channel works of Yaosha reclamation project in Tongzhou Bay, Nantong, Jiangsu Province with a contract value of 179 million yuan and a construction period of 17 months.
Located in the planned Tongzhou Bay area in the east of Tongzhou Coast Park, with a west-east channel and a north-south channel, with a full length of some 9,500 meters, the project is L-shaped.
With a total length of some 5,040 meters, Section A undertaken by the company involves dyke structure, dyke foot and dyke body protection, wave wall, road on dyke top, relevant auxiliary facilities, etc.
