Guangzhou Dredging Lands YETDZ Reclamation Project (China)

On February 10, CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Co., Ltd. won the bid for the reclamation project (Stage 2, Phase 1) of the auxiliary port & steel industry park in Yingkou Economic and Technical Development Zone (YETDZ), with a contract value of 1.14 billion yuan and a construction period of 569 days.

With a reclamation area of 2.6 million square meters, the project involves revetment, cofferdam, temporary breakwater, land forming and Angang Steel’s water channel reconstruction works.

The project will boost the comprehensive strength of Yingkou Port, speed up the construction of Liaoning’s costal economic belt and promote the invigoration of old industrial bases and the development of the hinterland economy in northeast China.
