Damen recently delivered a CSD650 cutter suction dredger to a client in Indonesia.

Currently busy on a project expansion project, this customised CSD650 has been working on its 1st dredge project for some time now – for the owner PT. Pelayaran Fortuna Nusantara Megajaya (PT. PFNM).

Based on a proven Damen design , the CSD is able to dredge to depths of 25 meters in the harshest of environments.

In total 3,938 kW of installed power ensures an impressive discharge distance and dredge production of 7,000 m3/h on average.

She is also customised to the client’s requirements, coming with a complete dredge package that included a submerged dredge pump, spare parts and crew training.
