Successful completion of the Ponte Vedra beachfill project

The beach nourishment project down at Ponte Vedra (FL) was completed last week, according to TI Coastal Services.

TIC was the third-party surveyors for Weeks Marine during the the Ponte Vedra beach restoration.

The $38.6 million project restored storm-damaged dunes and berms to provide storm protection to upland infrastructure with more than two million cubic yards of sand dredged in from the ocean.

Thanks to the hard work of Weeks Marine and everyone else involved in the project, the Ponte Vedra Beach Restoration has been completed two months ahead of schedule, in time for summer fun.
