Fehmarnbelt VIDEO: Boskalis and Van Oord create over 250 hectares of new land

Femern A/S, a Danish planning company charged with preparing the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel, today released this amazing video named “Land Reclamation in the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel Project”.

Under the project, over 250 hectares of new nature and recreational areas with beaches and nature trails will be created by Boskalis and Van Oord.

Land reclamation on the Danish side east and west of Rødbyhavn and on the German side at Puttgarden is set to provide new opportunities for the entire region.
