The dredging program will be carried out very soon in the vicinity of Pulau Muara Besar (PMB) in Brunei, according to Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd.

On behalf of Hengyi, subcontractors LSL and WEC Sdn Bhd will perform the dredging activity in the surrounding areas of PMB Western and Southern Channels from October 6th this year until May 30th next year.

Along the edges of the dredging areas Q1, Q4 and Area S, yellow buoys with yellow lightings will be clearly marked at its boundaries.

Hengyi said that the floating pipelines at the areas Q1 and Q4 will be demarcated with red flashing light at 100m intervalsboth during the day and at night.

The company is advising all vessels and boats operating near the Western and Southern Channels of PMB to avoid approaching these areas throughout the dredging period.
