On 5, 6 and 7 September 2014 Van Oord will be present with a stand and ship at the 37th World Port Days in Rotterdam.

This year the trailing suction hopper dredger HAM 317 will be moored alongside the Parkkade. HAM 317 has a length of nearly 100 meters and is accessible to the public during opening times of the World Port Days.

“ Opposite of the HAM 317, our team is available to show you around in our stand. Here, we display a vessel model of the Aeolus, the first transport and installation vessel for the construction of offshore wind farms,” Van Oord announced.

During the World Port Days visitors can get a glimpse behind the scenes of the largest harbor of Europe and its industrial area.

This large, annual maritime event offers all kind of activities such as ship tours, naval activities, demonstrations, seminars, excursions, exhibitions, music and fireworks.
