CCCC Third Harbor Consultants Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the engineering design of the reclamation project in Binhai New Area, Jinjiang, Fujian. This is the largest single design project ever undertaken by the company.
With a total area of some 42 square kilometers, including a proposed formed land area of 33.64 square kilometers and a reserved water area of 8.5 square kilometers, the project involves an external revetment measuring some 17 kilometers, an internal revetment measuring 45.31 kilometers, 5 sluices and land formation with a total backfill quantity of some 270 million cubic meters.
The project will promote the development of the local tourist economy and will be of great significance to developing the local market in the future.
