Port of San Diego: Public Meeting Set for Capital Improvement Program (USA)

Members of the public are encouraged to attend an upcoming Port of San Diego workshop to discuss its Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP is a program that includes projects that enhance maritime terminal operations. The public outreach meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 31, from 5:30 p.m.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend an upcoming Port of San Diego workshop to discuss its Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

The CIP is a program that includes projects that enhance maritime terminal operations.

The public outreach meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Training Room of the Port’s Administration Building, 3165 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA. The meeting will focus on the CIP process proposed for fiscal years 2014-2018.

Projects within that five-year time period are set to be reviewed by the Board of Port Commissioners at a workshop/special meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 7.

The meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The Board will review the proposed projects and discuss funding options.
