Boskalis reinforcing the coastline in Zeeland (VIDEO)

Over the years, Boskalis has been involved in maintaining and reinforcing much of the Dutch coast with a significant number of trailing suction hopper dredgers.

In one of the current projects, Boskalis is working to replenish the beaches in the Netherlands province of Zeeland.

The four trailing suction hopper dredgers (TSHDs) seen in the video are reinforcing the coastline in Zeeland, replenishing the beaches at Renesse and on the western tip of Schouwen-Duiveland.

In total, the Zeeland coast will receive more than 1.8 million cubic meters of dredged sand.
