Muddy Water Dredging wins $14.9M job in Texas

Muddy Water Dredging LP from Orange, Texas, has won a $14.9 million firm-fixed-price contract for a maintenance dredging program in Texas.

Bids were solicited via the internet with six received, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) said.

Work will be performed in Orange, Texas, with an estimated completion date of July 22, 2025.

According to DoD, fiscal 2024 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $14,942,650 were obligated at the time of the award.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, is the contracting activity.
