Kangerlussuaq dredging operations in full swing
Sikuki Nuuk Harbor, Greenland, has just announced the start of dredging operations in Kangerlussuaq.

Over the next two months, the contractor – Polar Dive will be dredging the navigation channel, starting out in the fjord and gradually moving through the navigation channel towards the harbor.
The works are being carried out by a CSD250 cutter suction dredger specifically tailored by Dredge Yard to withstand the challenging environments of Greenland.
Dredging of the port is expected to continue until the beginning of November 2024.
