US Army Corps confident about funding of Delaware river dredging

Just days after a federal judge ruled that deepening the Delaware River could begin, the budget proposal announced by President Obama for fiscal 2011 includes no money for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to dredge the Delaware shipping channel five feet deeper.
