Agreement Inked for Pionerskyi Terminal

Several Russian companies have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the construction of International Moscow terminal that will be used for mooring of cruise and cargo ships in the city of Pionersky, Kaliningrad Region.

The document was signed on September 19th 2014, in Sochi, by General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” Andrey Tarasenko, Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Nikolay Tsukanov and chairman of “MSC Group” mister Roberto Martinoli.

The Agreement will ensure collaboration of the parties in the process of designing, building and operating the International terminal. The sole purpose of the new terminal is to provide services for cruise and cargo-passenger ships in Kaliningrad Region, as well as to further strengthen the relationship in the field of cruise maritime industry.

New buildings of the International sea terminal will surely improve the quality of tourism services in Kaliningrad Region.
