VIDEO: Colwyn Bay Beach Replenishment (UK)

This video shows how the sand is being piped onto the beach at Colwyn Bay from the suction dredger Barent Zannen, which is moored off shore.

The heavy plant machines on shore are creating a new beach, and by the end of April it should be as high as the sea wall. This project is a much needed boost to the regeneration of Colwyn Bay.
