Delivered in 2010, the AMORIS is an electrically driven cutter suction dredger (CSD) with several standout features, including four spuds with two spud carriages, a swing ladder and a barge unloading arm.
The stationary CSD, with a 450 mm discharge pipe diameter, was built in only 14 months and was designed to precisely meet customer specifications.
During the design and building process, Damen Dredging Equipment and SeReAnt cooperated closely to integrate all requirements.
Today, it is still going strong in Antwerp Harbor.
