Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co. LLC (GLDD), from Houston, Texas, has won a firm-fixed-price contract to reconstruct the Atlantic Coast of Maryland berm.
The amount of this action is $25.7 million with a total cumulative face value of $29.1 million, the Department of War (DoW) said.
Bids for this project were solicited via the internet with three received.
Work will be performed in Ocean City, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of June 10, 2027.
"Fiscal 2026 civil construction funds in the amount of $25,771,862 were obligated at the time of the award," DoW said.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is the contracting activity.
