DE Klop company in the Netherlands has successfully completed acquisition of ROHR-IDRECO.

This strategic move comes on the heels of the recent acquisition of Hollandsche IJssel, further solidifying DE Klop’s position in the international dredging industry and underscoring the company’s unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.

Arnold den Boon , CEO and co-owner of DE Klop, commented: “ We are pleased with this milestone for DE Klop. ROHR-IDRECO has a long history as a reliable supplier of high-quality dredging equipment. By joining forces, we will create a win-win for both companies, and we can improve our services, and offer a wider range of products and solutions to our customers .”

ROHR-IDRECO, renowned for its fully electric driven dredges and high-efficiency “iPump” series, perfectly complements DE Klop/Hollandsche IJssel’s pump line.

Fulco Vrooland , Managing Director of ROHR-IDRECO, added: “ The expertise of DE Klop on the cutter suction dredge side and our decades of experience in fully electric dredge systems, are complementary to each other and will be a key driver for growth in both the dredge as well as wet mining markets worldwide. ROHR-IDRECO will continue to operate under its original name and be supported by the current management in a seamless transition to the new ownership .”

Combining the strengths DE Klop will elevate the service offerings in the dredging and mining markets, providing their customers with unparalleled solutions.
