The XIN HAI XUN represents the latest advancements in dual-fuel-powered trailing suction hopper dredger technology.

The newbuild, measuring 155.7 meters in length, 32m in width and 13.5m in depth, has a maximum hopper capacity of 16,808 cubic meters.

The vessel is equipped with “one-click dredging” functionality and intelligent energy efficiency optimization, allowing for “unmanned dredging” under typical conditions.

When operating in LNG mode, the vessel can reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 80% and carbon dioxide emissions by 20%, while eliminating sulfur oxides and particulate matter. It meets the International Maritime Organization’s emission requirements.

After delivery, the XIN HAI XUN will be primarily used for dredging, reclamation, and coastal maintenance projects in coastal ports and deep-water channels, significantly contributing to the green transformation of the industry.
