VIDEO: Construction starts at Buffalo Outer Harbor

Construction has begun at the Buffalo Outer Harbor, the USACE Buffalo District said.

At Wilkeson Pointe, work has started in the old commercial shipping slip to build a stone wall ahead of clean, dredged material being placed in the slip.

During this time, the slip remains closed to all boating activity, said USACE.
