The IADC Safety Award 2024

The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) has announced the commencement of submissions for the annual IADC Safety Award.

Two awards will be given: one to a dredging organization and a second to a supply chain organization active in the dredging or offshore industry.

The awards are open to contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of goods and services, with categories dedicated to exceptional safety performance in projects, products, vessels, teams, or individual employees.

This concerns subcontractors and suppliers of goods and services. Submissions for both categories must be entered by 31 May 2024.

“As IADC, we realize that suppliers and dredging contractors play an important role in increasing safety by offering innovative solutions with the help of the latest technical developments,” commented René Kolman, Secretary General of IADC. “The IADC Safety Award seeks to stimulate workplace safety ideas, encourage the development of safety skills, and reward those contributing to a safer working environment. The awards will be presented to individuals or companies who demonstrate exceptional safety performance in their projects, products, vessels, teams, or employee categories.”
