The USACE dredging vessel Murden is expected to remove approximately 25,000 cubic yards of shoaling material over a 12-day period.

Once under way, operations will be ongoing 24 hours per day, seven days a week until completion.

Dredge material placement is set to take place at a pre-designated St. Lucie Inlet Impoundment Basin, said USACE.

USACE Jacksonville District maintains safe navigability in the IWW and Ponce Inlet in partnership with Florinda Inland Navigation District.
