Pacific Dredge and Construction, LLC. has completed dredging work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Maritime Administration (MARAD) Suisun Bay Pier Dredging Project.

This maintenance dredging project restored navigable water access to the MARAD Pier.

Over 70,000 cubic yards of material was dredged from the two dredge reaches on this project using the PDC 180 and its 17 cubic yard environmental clamshell bucket.

All dredged material was loaded into two 2000 cubic yard capacity scows and offloaded at the Montezuma Wetlands offloader to be used as beneficial reuse material.

Also, PTS tugs Pacific Patriot and Harbor Cadet provided tug assistance throughout the project.

PDC performed this project in October, 2023 in under two and a half weeks.
