Singapore Water Association and Netherlands Water House are co-organizing a complimentary Seminar: ‘ Engaging Coastal Protection with the Netherlands ‘ on 31st March 2023, Friday, 10am to 12pm SGT.

The event – supported by Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands – will present different coastal protection techniques and procedures that are used to preserve harbors, piers, beaches, etc.

The Netherlands is a world leader in coastal protection and has developed some of the most innovative and effective techniques for protecting low-lying land from the sea.

The country’s approach to coastal protection is based on a combination of natural and engineered solutions and is seen as model for other countries facing similar challenges.
