Following a successful 1st edition of the Latin America Port Expansion Summit in Peru, Lnoppen is ready to host its 2nd edition of the event, this time in Colombia.
Its strategic position between the Caribbean and the Pacific make Colombia one of the main countries for port infrastructure and investments, with several new ports being constructed and existing ports investing in expansion and upgrades.
One example of this is the Port of Buenaventura where three terminal operators are investing over $750 million in infrastructure.
At the summit, government officials, investors, port authorities and port & terminal operators will go in discussion with consultants, architects, construction companies, equipment providers and service groups, in order to better explore the market and support the project development.
Lnoppen together with Latinports will hold the 2nd Latin America Port Expansion Summit on 14-15th February 2017, in Cali, Columbia.
