ASL Marine Secures $113.4 Million in New Contracts

ASL Marine Holdings Ltd., a Singapore-based marine services group, has secured $113.4 million (S$156 million) worth of contracts from its shipbuilding, shiprepair & conversion, shipchartering and dredging engineering divisions.

The contracts secured are mainly from repeat customers in the region as well as in Middleeast, USA and Europe.

“The customers are established players in their respective field from marine infrastructure, dredging, land reclamation, tanker owner to state-owned entities,” the company said in its announcement.

“There are potential additional orders from certain customer upon successful delivery of current projects.”

The shipbuilding and shiprepair & conversion contracts are expected to be delivered over the next 1-2 years period and the shipchartering contracts will have a tenure of 2 to 5 years.
