Terminal Astafiev in Nakhodka last week completed loading of bulk carrier ZHEHAI 363, the first Panamax dry bulk carrier in its history.
Handling of the ZHEHAI 363 became possible after dredging operations at the berth and modernization of the terminal’s berth and facilities.
According to the Terminal Astafiev Press Center, the dry bulk carrier was loaded with Russian coal produced in Kemerovo and Kuzbass.
The ZHEHAI 363 specifications are: deadweight – 57,520 t, length – 189.99 m, depth – over 18 m and max. draught – 12.98 m. The ship was built in 2010 in China.
