The dredging operations are being conducted at the Northlake Shipyard in Lake Union, and will be completed on or about 20 January, according to navcen.uscg.gov. The dredging operations are being conducted at the Northlake Shipyard in Lake Union, and will be completed on or about 20 January, according to navcen.uscg.gov.

Crane barges will be operating 24 hours per days IVO 47-38-45.0N, 122-20-28.0W.

Turbidity curtains will be placed around the construction site along with water quality monitoring buoys on the outer side of the curtain.
