CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Lot A of Berth 20-21 of Haicang zone of Xiamen Port, with a contract value of 218 million Yuan and a construction period of 600 days.
Located in the west of Haicang zone of Xiamen Port, with a port coastline of 255.5 meters, the project proposes to construct a 50,000t multi-purpose berth, involving Berth 20 works, berthing waters, turning waters, land backfill, soft foundation treatment, road yard structure, auxiliary water & electricity facilities, etc.
After its completion, Berth 20-21 of Haicang zone of Xiamen Port will meet the requirements of the hinterland of Xiamen Port for cargo shipping, satisfy the need of construction of Xiamen’s cruise home port for the functional adjustment of Dongdu zone of the port, and be of great significance to building Xiamen into a southeast international shipping center in an accelerated manner.
