CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Lot 1 of the coastline regulation project and relevant works of the CBD of Qingdao West Coast New Area, with a contract value of 494 million yuan.
The project won by the company involves reclamation and temporary road works. With a total planned area of some 30 square kilometers, the CBD is the core of Qingdao West Coast New Area.
Based on high-end commerce, technology, cultural tourism and the convention & exhibition industry, the CBD will be built into an international financial, shipping and data center in Northeast Asia as well as an innovative, high-efficiency, low-carbon and eco-friendly intelligent new city.
