Vietnam: BMA’s Dredging Program Underway

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) announced that the flood prevention program is currently underway.

The Bangkok Governor M.R. Sukhumbhand Paribatra stated that the agency has been dredging canals and cleaning up sewers in preparation for future flooding.

Given there will be more rain during September and October, the governor has ordered officials to make sure that the dredging operation is completed before the end of this month.
