The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Grand Encampment Island Unloading project, located on the Mississippi River, River Mile 756.5, Pool 4, Buffalo County, WI.
Project will involve removal of dredged and other materials from Grand Encampment Island in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
The solicitation, including specifications and all other documents related to this procurement, will be available on or around 19 June 2013.
The total value of this contract is between $1 mln and $5 mln, and the estimated date for the completion of the Grand Encampment Island program is November 2014.
