Fife Council Transportation & Environmental Services has unveiled a plan for the development works at Pettycur Harbour.
This project includes remediation works for the stabilization of the rock faces at Pettycur Harbour.
The proposed remediation works are to comprise the following:
– Installation of rock dowels at Pettycur Bay Rock Face;
– Rock removal at Pettycur Bay Rock Face and Northern Rock Face;
– Installation of rockfall netting at Pettycur Bay Rock Face and Upper Northern Rock Face;
– Construction of palisade fences at Northern Rock Face.
It is estimated that the site works will take approximately five weeks to complete. A remedial works brief has been prepared and outlines the site specific requirements of the Contract.
The deadline for this tender is April 26, 2013.
