Recently, CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. has won the bid for Phase 2 of the 50000t waterway in Dagang zone of Tianjin Port, with a contract value of 203 million yuan.
The project is located at the Tianjin Binhai New Area, with a reclamation area of 1.5053 million square meters and a reclamation volume of 10.543 million cubic meters. A 6,659-meter tier-2 cofferdam will be built.
The project will further advance waterway construction in the Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone, will facilitate future land development and terminal operations and is of positive significance to promoting the implementation of Tianjin’s overall urban spatial development strategy of “two towns and two ports”.
