The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation No W912BU-13-T-0013 for removal of existing pipe section and to fabricate and install new pipe section in hopper area of the Dredge McFarland located at Fort Mifflin Project Office, Philadelphia, PA.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible offeror.
This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
Offers will be due on 27 February 2013 at 1:00pm eastern time.
