The Office of Acquisition Management has invited bidders to submit their offers for the sediment profile imaging contracts at the Mayport Harbor and Port Everglades areas.

The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer best conforms to the specification, meets the Government’s delivery schedule and is the most cost effective in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria.

Best value will be determined with technical more important than price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular.

The contractor shall provide Rapid Seafloor Reconnaissance and Assessment of Southeast Florida Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Sites Utilizing Sediment Profile Imaging Reports and Image Analysis, and Analysis of Sediment Profile and Planview Images at the Proposed Expanded Port Everglades Harbor ODMDS.
